Shipping Methods and Rates 
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Currently, we ship to anywhere in the USA. 

Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages 
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@jewelrytraysdirect.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. 

Returns Policy 
All custom tray sales are final. Should you need to exchange sizes on a preconfigured tray, a restocking fee will apply.  

How to Return 
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@jewelrytraysdirect.com with your order number and the reason for your return.  

Refunds 
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
